Astral Perception of Work Demotivation
APRIL 12, 2025
From 10:30 to 12:30 (Lisbon Time) Other Time Zones
People who are unmotivated at work are increasingly a reality today.
These occurrences have been getting worse and more common over time, and in more extreme cases can lead to psychological and psychiatric illnesses such as depression or burnout.
It is also not uncommon for people who suffer from this problem to take their frustrations home from work, taking them out on their loved ones.
In these cases, a "snowball" effect is created that can affect the individual and their entire close circle, both at work and personally.
It is increasingly important to look at this issue in order to try to avoid/mitigate its effects.
Could Astrology be an excellent tool in predicting periods of high work demotivation or even chronic demotivation for a given role?
It is increasingly important for individuals to look at the positioning of the stars and know how to position themselves in relation to a given subject or situation.
For example, it is certain that a Sun in Aquarius, in the 6th house, will have some problems in dealing with routine and uninnovative tasks.
Would we advise this person to continue in their repetitive role, which only generates boredom and frustration, or would we recommend that they look for a job that allows them to put their ideas into practice for the benefit of society?
In this workshop we will explore several examples of astral positions whose associated energy may contribute to the development of the aforementioned work demotivation.
